Ακολουθεί παρακάτω το γράμμα που εστάλη σε απάντηση διαμαρτυρίας έλληνα από την Πρεσβεία των Σκοπίων.
Τι λένε οι Σκοπιανοί πρός τα έξω και πόσο χρησιμοποιούν κάθε μέσο για να κερδίσουν πόντους στην διεθνή κοινότητα!
Πόσο κακό μπορεί να κανει μια λανθασμένη κίνηση όπως η παρότρυνση αλλαγής δικτύου στο facebook!
Και πόσο οι Σκοπιανοί εκμεταλεύονται την ανυπαρξία της Ελληνικής κυβέρνησης καθημερινά!
Διαβάστε το προσεκτικά για να καταλάβετε πόσο κακό κάνουμε στην χώρα μας μένοντας άπραγοι!

Dear Mr Hellenides,

Thank you for your letter highlighting your concerns regarding our national roots and name as Republic of Macedonia.

Although I understand you "nationalistic" and patriotic concerns, may I explain to you that perhaps you have to "update" your information as to the acceptance by your Greek compatriots of the matters you have shown concerns.

First of all, our Country enjoys healthy business relationship with your country Greece, as we enjoy border co -operation.

May I direct you to a neutral website where you can find a special report indicating the number of business based in Greece, which are enjoying a healthy trade amongst our two nations?

You mention face book protests and I will be lying if I said I am not aware of the existence of such sites.

Mr Hellenides, you have pointed out that you are not a resident of Greece for the last 20 years, and this fact suggest that you may be out of touch of the majority of the Greek population.

May I point out to you that there is a following of large amount of Greek people who join our Macedonia network so they can show the solidarity amongst our nations?

Few incidents from "patriots" such as your self cannot be constructive for the future relation between our countries.

Perhaps You can deal with this matter yourself and study the events, the wishes of both of our people, and the wishes of the wide international community who supports a peaceful solution amongst our two Great nations.

92% of the Greek public living in Greece do not object to our rightful name Republic of Macedonia.

Perhaps you will respect the wishes of your compatriots and fellow Greeks so you can
Also be a part of a peaceful coexistence.

I am sorry if I cant assist you further with the 12 questions which you have demanded to be answered.
